Nabha's earlier experience includes significant roles at HDFC Life in Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner capacities, as well as HR Executive positions at Gammon India Ltd and Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of Mumbai and a B.Sc in Microbiology from Mithibai College.
