Tamara Z Frank

Tamara Z Frank, CIPS, serves as the Regional Sourcing Lead and Global Category Manager at Puma Energy since April 2017, overseeing category management in Africa and managing global non-oil commodities and services. Prior to this role, Tamara held various positions at Chevron South Africa (Pty) Ltd from September 2008 to March 2017, including Regional Procurement Category Manager and Senior Regional Buyer. Earlier experience includes roles as a Procurement Category Specialist and Contract Advisor at C.January & Associates from April 2006 to September 2008, as well as serving as an Attorney. Tamara holds a B.Comm and LLB in Economics and Law from the University of Cape Town, earned between 2001 and 2005, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, which commenced in October 2021.
