Ed Passey

Ed Passey possesses extensive experience in operations leadership within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Director at Punch Pubs & Co since October 2015, Ed plays a vital role in national leased and tenanted operations and previously contributed to regional success in the West Midlands and South Wales. Prior experience includes Group Operations Director at Red Hot World Buffet, recognized as a finalist for "best value brand," and a decade at Beds and Bars Group, where notable achievements included winning the PMA award for 'best pub employer' in 2013. Ed's career began at SFI Group PLC, where responsibilities included marketing management and operations oversight for branded venues. Complementing practical experience, Ed holds an advanced marketing certificate from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
