Douglas Yokomi Fornari

Douglas Yokomi Fornari is a skilled researcher and development professional with extensive experience in the food technology sector. Currently serving as a Research and Development Master's Thesis Intern at ALGAIA since January 2023, Douglas previously worked as a Research and Development Assistant at Ramen tes drêches, where product formulations and new product development were key responsibilities.
