Lori Roa

Lori Roa, CIC, CPRIA, serves as the AVP Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at PURE Group of Insurance Companies since September 2015, after holding the position of Sales and Marketing Manager. In addition, Lori has been a Resilience Trainer and Coach at HeartMath LLC since March 2020, providing training and coaching on stress management and resilience-building. Prior experience includes being a Sales Executive at Travelers Insurance from August 2006 to September 2015, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies and managing relationships with independent agents. Lori also worked as a Project Coordinator at ROA Construction Services/Custom Outdoor from 1998 to 2006, focusing on construction project development and contract management, and began a career as an Adjuster/Claims Representative at USAA from 1996 to 1998. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of South Florida and a CIC designation from the National Alliance.
