Raymond Hepburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and management within the fitness and leisure industry. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Talent Partner at PureGym since January 2020, Raymond has held various roles including Employee Experience Partner and People Development Manager. Prior to this, experience includes a Management Trainer role at Ascensos, where responsibilities involved training and upskilling Team Managers in contact centers, as well as managing operations at AUCHRANNIE LEISURE LTD. Earlier career highlights feature significant positions at PureGym, where Raymond excelled in Learning and Development as well as management of multiple clubs, and at Mercure Ardoe House Hotel as Spa and Leisure Club Manager.
