Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member at Pureon since March 2022, Edward oversees global operations, including production and supply chain management, while driving strategic and operational improvements. Previous leadership roles include General Manager at Pureon USA and CEO/President at Reaching Potential Consulting and Management. Edward's extensive experience spans various industries, including managing a facility of over 350 employees at Meritor, where responsibilities included lean manufacturing, quality control, and process improvement. Additional roles at RSI Home Products, Gerdau Long Steel North America, and earlier positions contributed to a strong foundation in engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
