Manish Yadav is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT Service Management and Incident Management. Currently serving as a Manager Technical at PureSoftware Ltd since February 2023, Manish is ITIL Certified and specializes in Major Incident Management and Critical Incident Management (CIM). Prior to this role, Manish worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst from March 2018 to January 2023, and at HCL Technologies as an Analyst from July 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included reporting and team leadership. Manish holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from UPTU, completed in June 2014, and has foundational education from Navodaya Vidyalaya, finishing high school in 2009.
