Chase Adams has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern at the Salem County Improvement Authority in 2013. In 2015, Chase moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Coast Freezers, where they remained until 2017. They then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Arc from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Chase joined PureStar as a Human Resources Manager in the North Region, before being promoted to Director of Human Resources in the same region in 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to FrontierBPM, Inc. as the Director of HR & Corporate Compliance. Most recently, Chase holds the position of Director of Payroll and Benefits at PureStar since 2022.

Chase Adams has a strong educational background in business and management. Chase began their academic career at Cumberland County College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration from 2008 to 2011. After completing their associate's degree, Chase Adams transferred to Wilmington University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management. Chase attended Wilmington University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Chase also obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University during the same period.
