With experience in various leadership roles at companies like PureWest Energy, UP Energy, Ultra Petroleum, and 307 Consulting, Kelly has proven expertise in environmental, health, safety, and regulatory management. Prior to her time in the private sector, she held roles at the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. Kelly holds a degree in BioElectrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
