Tennyson Devoe has extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and safety. Tennyson began their career in 2008 as the National Learning & Development Manager at Groupon, where they served until 2010. Tennyson then joined Canada Post / Postes Canada as the Learning and Development Manager and later became the Senior Manager of Human Resources Special Projects from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, Tennyson joined Purolator Inc., initially as the Senior Manager of National Learning & Development. Tennyson then held the position of Director of Organizational Development & Learning from 2016 to 2019, followed by the role of Senior Director of Safety & Organizational Excellence until 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President of Talent, Learning & Safety at Purolator Inc. The progression of Tennyson's roles demonstrates their expertise and leadership in various aspects of HR and organizational development.
Tennyson Devoe pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the Schulich School of Business at York University throughout the period of 2016 to 2019.
