Keno Sadler

Keno Sadler is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in program management and organizational development. Currently serving as Partner and Global Managing Director at Purpose since March 2020, Keno Sadler oversees initiatives aimed at promoting open and just societies through public mobilization and storytelling. Prior roles include Vice President of Programs at Echoing Green, where Keno provided strategic leadership for fellowship programs, and Co-Creator and Lead Facilitator for the Resilient Leaders Program at Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale, focusing on social change and community building. Keno Sadler has also held executive positions at Summerbridge Breakthrough Alumni Network and Summerbridge Atlanta, contributing to educational initiatives and leadership development. Keno's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College.
