Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Randstad Belgium, where Jeroen facilitated the recruitment process for the Randstad Group, and as Office Manager at SD Worx Staffing Solutions Belgium, responsible for coaching a team and achieving budget targets. Early in the career, Jeroen worked as a Recruitment and Sales Consultant at AGO Jobs & HR. Educationally, Jeroen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management from HOGENT.
