Frederic Laziou has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Frederic is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Puzzel, a leading European customer engagement and cloud contact center provider. Prior to this, they served as the CEO at Tacton Systems AB, where they led the transformation of the company into a global SaaS vendor. Frederic also held the position of VP Strategy & Corporate Development at Tacton Systems AB, where they played a key role in operations, strategy definition, and building strategic partnerships. Earlier in their career, Frederic worked as a Senior Advisor at Beringer Finance, CEO at 24 Solutions AB, and Managing Partner at Opera Capital Partners. Frederic also held managerial roles at Solving Efeso, Altran (now Capgemini), Active 24, and Cap Gemini. Overall, they have demonstrated their expertise in business transformation, strategy development, and corporate finance.
Frederic Laziou attended INSEAD in 2013 for executive education in M&A and Corporate Strategy. Prior to that, they studied at Rennes School of Business from 1997 to 2000, earning a Master's degree in International business. Frederic also pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering at Université de Bretagne Occidentale from 1995 to 1997.
