Steve Jones is an accomplished Bid Manager with extensive experience in managing bid and proposal processes across multiple sectors, including CCaaS, WFM, and Digital Engagement. Currently serving as Bid Manager for Puzzel since March 2021, Steve has successfully increased win rates to over 50% by establishing a Shipley-aligned bid practice across Europe. Prior roles include Bid & Proposal Lead at Synamedia, where Steve managed end-to-end bids for key Pay TV and telecom customers, and Bid Manager for West Unified Communications Services, overseeing bid efforts for the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. Steve has a strong background in implementing bid software, leading proposal responses, and developing sales materials, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from Brunel University.
