Ainhoa Maiz

Ainhoa ("Noa") Maiz is a Senior Principal at Section 32, a venture capital fund specializing in early and growth stage investments in enterprise technology, including applied AI/ML, fintech, and cybersecurity. With extensive experience in the venture capital industry, Ainhoa is also a Fellow in the Kauffman Fellows Program and serves on the boards of several companies, including Puzzle and MedCrypt. Previously a Senior Associate at M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, Ainhoa has invested in various sectors, supporting multiple innovative companies. Ainhoa holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, alongside degrees in Economics and Political Science from Emory University and additional coursework at the London School of Economics.
