Rick Winn is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at PV Fluid Products since July 2021, Rick has previously worked as a self-employed Mechanical Design Engineer and Mechanical Engineer from December 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at NOV from February 2013 to December 2019, where Rick held various roles including Process Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer, achieving significant improvements in manufacturing processes and cost savings. Earlier positions at R&M Energy Systems involved leading lab operations and optimizing equipment procurement. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.
