Charlotte Brand

Charlotte Brand serves as Academiemanager at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen since October 2021, overseeing the Academy of Human and Society with over 5,000 students and 350 full-time equivalents, focusing on strategy, research, and educational agendas in the social domain while fostering connections with industry partners. Additionally, since March 2018, Charlotte holds roles as Fractievoorzitter of PvdA Nijmegen and Vice-President of the municipal council, alongside candidacy for the Tweede Kamer. Previous experience includes General Manager of UU Honours College at Universiteit Utrecht, Programme Director at Radboud University, and conducting research as a scientist and Ph.D. candidate. Education includes a Ph.D. in Political History and various degrees from Radboud University, supplemented by training at Public Academy.
