Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at PVH Corp., Mark also has experience as a Partner and Associate in law firms such as Rosenman & Colin LLP and Nixon Hargrave Devans & Doyle. Additionally, Mark has shared their knowledge as a Guest Lecturer at Fordham University School of Law, co-teaching a Compliance class for the Fashion Law & Finance course. Mark holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Politics from Brandeis University.
