Frederic Rochat

Frederic Rochat, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Finance and M&A at PwC Switzerland since 2022, Frederic previously held the position of Director of Investment Banking at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC from 2015 to 2022 and worked as a Manager in Corporate Finance at PwC Switzerland from 2011 to 2015. Frederic's expertise includes managing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, business valuation, financial modeling, and conducting industry research. Earlier, Frederic contributed as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Lausanne from 2009 to 2011 and completed a summer internship in the Finance Department at Nestlé in 2006. Frederic holds a Master of Science in Finance, Financial Engineering & Risk Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from HEC Lausanne.
