Sasikanth Bharadwaj has worked as a Software Architect at PYPE since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Rational Software from 2006 to 2018, holding various roles including Advisory Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer. At Rational Software, they were involved in Eclipse JDT core development and was responsible for research, prototyping, and participation in standardization forums. Before joining Rational Software, Bharadwaj worked at Samsung India Software as a Senior Software Engineer from 2003 to 2006, where they focused on research and development of IPv6 and IPv4 stack and PANA.

Sasikanth Bharadwaj pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Andhra University, where they completed their B.Tech degree. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, to obtain their M.Tech degree in Computer Science.
