Currently serving as Manager Client Services at Q-Centrix since December 2014, Jenny has held multiple roles, including Clinical Services Lead and Clinical Specialist, where responsibilities include providing clinical expertise and maintaining subject matter expertise on relevant registries such as VON, CPQCC, CMQCC, and HRIF. Previously, Jenny worked at Ballad Health from June 2011 to January 2016 as a Quality Clinical Abstractor and MD Link Resource Tech, and held the position of Patient Care Case Manager at Caris Healthcare LP from December 2007 to October 2011. Jenny holds an Associate of Science in Health Services from Walters State Community College and an Associate of Science from Northeast State Community College.
