Hardiman has held multiple roles as an Investor and Board Director in various biotechnology and technology companies, including Valar Labs, NOETIK, Shennon Biotechnologies, Lumafield, Gradle Inc., Stealth Robotics Company, and nTopology Inc. with distinct focuses on AI diagnostics, immunotherapies, and engineering software. Hardiman's academic background includes a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
