Herbert Maertl has had extensive work experience in the supply chain and operations field. Herbert started their career at Oracle as a Purchasing Manager, where they managed the centralized corporate purchasing department. Herbert then moved on to Mizzi Imports as a Purchasing Manager, where they were responsible for procuring merchandise in Thailand and overseeing quality control. Herbert then joined Q.E.P. Co., Inc as Vice President of Purchasing, overseeing various supply chain activities. After that, they joined Walter Meier Manufacturing Americas as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, where they controlled all supply chain initiatives for the organization. Most recently, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at QEP, where they were responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and distribution operations in North America and Asia. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, reporting directly to top executives and presidents.
Herbert Maertl obtained their Certified Business Expert (equivalent to MBA) degree from the University of Commerce and Trade within the period of 1988 to 1991.
