Fredrik Nordh's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Fredrik worked at Q-Free ASA, starting in 2017, where they held the positions of Senior VP, Europe and later became the Executive Vice President, Head of Tolling. Prior to that, they worked at TOMRA Systems ASA from 2003 to 2017, where they held different roles such as Senior VP, Nordic, Director Finance Nordic, and Finance Manager Sweden. Fredrik also worked at LG Electronics Nordic as a Business Controller & IT Manager from 2001 to 2003 and at SC Johnson as a Business Controller & Supply Chain Manager Scandinavia and Finance Controller Scandinavia from 1999 to 2001. Before joining these companies, they owned their own consultancy firm called Fredrik Nordh Konsultfirma from 1996 to 1999 and worked as a Consultant (Business Administration) at Proffskonsulterna AB from 1995 to 1996.

Fredrik Nordh received a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Management Control, and Computer Science from Uppsala University between 1993 and 2000. In 2012, they completed an Executive program in Marketing and Strategic Sales at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, between 1994 and 1995, Fredrik attended K4 Arvidsjaur (Arctic Ranger School) and obtained the rank of Second Lieutenant. Fredrik also obtained a Gymnasieexamen (high school diploma) in Business and Economic Administration from Rudbecksskolan between 1990 and 1993.
