Kathia Peña

Kathia Peña is an experienced Product Designer currently working at Q4 since December 2022. Previously, Kathia held the position of Senior Product Designer and UX Designer at Kavak.com from September 2019 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes a role in Product Management at ILGA from May 2017 to August 2018, where leadership and coordination of a 25-person design team were key responsibilities. Kathia completed an intensive UX/UI Design Bootcamp at Ironhack in 2019 and earned a degree in Industrial and Product Design from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2013 and 2017.
