Lucas Nemeth

Lucas Nemeth is a Client Support Analyst at Q4 since April 2021, concurrently working as a Freelance Web Designer for the PEI Invasive Species Council. Previously, Lucas served as a Technical Support Specialist at ecobee from October 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues and training new employees. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at The Beer Store from August 2015 to September 2017, focusing on customer education and effective multitasking. Lucas is currently pursuing a Certificate in Immersive Front End Web-Development at Juno College of Technology, building on previous studies at Humber College and Mohawk College.
