John Sproul has over 40 years of experience in quality management and production operations. Currently serving as Production Manager at QA Technology Company since May 2014, John manages assembly, machining, finishing, and shipping operations, while overseeing production planning and maintaining finished goods inventory. Prior to this role, John worked at SIG SAUER, Inc. as Sr. Quality Manager from 2009 to 2014, overseeing quality control for machining and finishing operations. John also served as Quality Engineer at QA Technology Company from 1996 to 2009, where responsibilities included calibration programs and ISO auditing. Earlier in John’s career, from 1983 to 1996, experience was gained as a Quality Inspector and Engineer at A. W. Chesterton Company. John holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hesser College and graduated from Pentucket High School.
