Michael Peebles

Michael Peebles is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently, Michael serves as a Sr DevSecOps Engineer at Qantas since August 2023, following a role as Senior Security Engineer at Lendi Group from August 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Michael held positions at Macquarie Telecom Group as an IT Security / GRC adviser for a short duration in 2022 and as a Senior Security Consultant at Novon from November 2020 to July 2022. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as IT Security Manager and various engineering roles at the Federal Court of Australia between 2013 and 2020, and positions at the National Native Title Tribunal, Clydesdale Bank, O2, and Glasgow City Council. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Networking and Computer Support from Glasgow Caledonian University from 2005 to 2008.
