Vinita Israni

Vinita Israni is an experienced design professional specializing in user experience and flight training. Currently serving as the Manager of the VR Program at Qantas and as a Co-Founder of the EFB UX Consortium, Vinita facilitates discussions among UX leaders in aviation. Past roles include IxDA Sydney Local Leader, where responsibilities included mentoring and event coordination, and a Voice UX Designer position at Amazon. Vinita's extensive design background encompasses positions at various organizations, including GE Aviation and Ford Smart Mobility. Academic credentials include a Masters of Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Studio Art from Rice University, complemented by executive education in design thinking from Stanford University and other institutions.
