Dennis Ding

Dennis Ding currently serves as a Managing Director at Qatalyst Partners, a position held since May 2015. During this tenure, notable transactions include the $830 million sale of GaN Systems to Infineon and the $1.3 billion sale of Sierra Wireless to Semtech. Prior to Qatalyst Partners, Dennis worked in TMT Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank Securities from July 2012 to April 2015, where significant deals included Alibaba's $25 billion initial public offering and Qualcomm's $2.5 billion acquisition of CSR. Dennis holds a degree from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
