Karl Anderson

Karl Anderson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Recruiting at Qatalyst Partners since January 2019, Karl began as an Associate in June 2015 and was promoted to Vice President in January 2016. Prior to Qatalyst Partners, experience includes roles as an Associate in Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from October 2013 to May 2015, and as Associate Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank from September 2009 to September 2013, where Karl progressed from Analyst to Associate. Academically, Karl holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours I) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Hons I) from the University of Sydney, as well as an MSc in Financial Economics (Distinction) from the University of Oxford. Early education was completed at Knox Grammar School with a Higher School Certificate.
