Steven Koblinski

Steven Koblinski is a Managing Director at Qatalyst Partners, a position held since April 2018, where significant achievements include the sale of CA to Broadcom for $18.9 billion and the acquisition of Ultimate Software by a consortium including H&F, Blackstone, GIC, and CPP for $11 billion. Prior to this role, Steven Koblinski worked in Tech & Media M&A at LUMA Partners LLC from September 2015 to March 2018. Steven Koblinski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Spanish from Loyola University Chicago, and has furthered education at Universidad de Salamanca.
