Shridhar Kumar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Architecture & Digital Transformation at Qatar Airways since September 2024, Shridhar is instrumental in executing the organization's Transformation Programme, 'Project Wahed,' utilizing the Oracle HCM platform. Prior to this, Shridhar held the position of Head of HR Transformation at Whitbread, managing stakeholder relationships and the Operating Model workstream for new technologies. Shridhar's tenure at Tesco spanned from 2005 to 2022, where various senior roles included leading HR service model development, quality assurance for Oracle HCM initiatives, and overseeing payroll and personnel systems transformation. Earlier career experiences included positions at IBM, Mphasis, Convergys India Services, Genpact, and GECIS, focusing on operations management and process improvement. Shridhar holds a degree from the MGR Institute of Hotel Management.
