Jassem Abdulla Al Mulla is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Qatar Investment Authority since November 2021, Jassem previously held the position of Associate Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Jassem was with Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority from March 2018 to November 2021, first as Senior Legal Associate and then as Legal Associate. Jassem also contributed to the National Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Committee as a member of the Plenary Working Group in 2018 and interned at Commercial Bank in early 2017. Jassem holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Dispute Resolution from King's College London and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Qatar University.
