Dr. Alex Constantinidis serves as the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Qatar National Bank since January 2017, leading the establishment of an Information Security department and overseeing the cyber security strategy for the organization and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Dr. Constantinidis was the Head of Cyber Security Services at Credit Suisse from May 2004 to January 2017, where responsibilities included liaising with the Swiss financial regulator and developing audit strategies. Earlier experience includes positions as an Information Security Specialist at KPMG and an IT Consultant at Lovetts Property Services, as well as roles involving web development and systems administration at the University of Kent. Dr. Constantinidis holds a PhD and a BEng in Digital Electronics from the University of Kent.
