Khalid Elakkad

Khalid Elakkad is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and human resources, currently serving as an Auditor and Payroll Accountant at the Qatar Olympic Committee since March 2009. Khalid has extended expertise as the Head of Human Resources for the ITTF World Table Tennis Championships Finals Doha 2025 and as an HR Manager for the FIBA Basketball World Cup – Qatar 2027, alongside a role as an Investment Specialist at Qatar Sports Club. Prior experience includes serving as an Expert at the World Aquatics Championship Doha 2024 and an Auditor with Ibrahim Abbasi & Co. - Polaris International. In terms of education, Khalid obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Applied Science University between 2004 and 2008 and a High School Diploma from Dukhan Arabic School, completed in 2004.
