Kate Woodall

Kate Woodall serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at QBE North America, having held various roles including AVP, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Counsel since September 2017. Prior experience includes positions at AIG as Counsel and Complex Claims Director, and as an Associate at Squire Patton Boggs and Fulbright & Jaworski. Kate's expertise encompasses Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation. Active in professional organizations, Kate contributes to the NYC Bar Association’s Women in the Courts Task Force and various committees. Academic credentials include a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in English and Psychology from Barnard College.
