Robert Curran is a seasoned professional in process improvement and operations management, currently serving as the Lead Continuous Improvement Consultant at QBE North America since September 2023. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at Talent Solutions TAPFIN and held various leadership positions at Sutherland and AIG over a span of nearly two decades. Robert's extensive experience includes directing underwriting operations, managing complex projects, and implementing innovative systems across sectors such as insurance and risk management.
