Remon Berrevoets serves as the Director of Research Development and Co-Founder at Q*BIRD B.V. since September 2022, focusing on advancements in quantum networking technologies. Prior to this role, Remon worked as an Optical Engineer at QuTech from February 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included building a secure quantum network. Remon's experience also encompasses a position as a Docent natuurwetenschappen at Thorbecke Voortgezet Onderwijs from September 2019 to February 2020, teaching physics to upper and lower secondary students, and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at QuTech between February 2018 and September 2019. Educational qualifications include two Master’s degrees from Delft University of Technology: a Master in Science Education and Communication (2019 - 2020) and a Master of Science in Technical Physics (2016 - 2019).
