Sean Smith currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Institutional Americas at QCP, a leading digital asset trading firm based in Singapore, overseeing institutional sales and strategy in the U.S. In addition, Sean is the Founder and CEO of Blue Jar, where the focus is on consulting for traditional finance and digital asset firms regarding regulatory and product placement strategies and educating wealth managers on client exposure to digital assets. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Advisor at Aer Compliance, where strategies for compliance in crypto trading were developed, and as Director of Business Development at ZenLedger, leading initiatives to explore new growth avenues. As the Global Head of OTC Cryptocurrency Derivatives at INX Limited, Sean crafted and executed a go-to-market strategy for regulated institutional offerings. Sean holds a degree from Syracuse University.
