Ankit Luhadiya

Ankit Luhadiya is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management with over 15 years of experience in the BPO and contact center industry. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at QDegrees since September 2020, Ankit has held various managerial and leadership roles, including Deputy Manager in Product Development and Assistant Product Manager in Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at VKALP Outsourcing Services, where Ankit managed a team of over 100 staff, and roles at Teleperformance, CarDekho, and GENPACT, among others. Ankit holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resource from the University of Rajasthan and a Bachelor's degree in ABST from University Commerce College.
