Parvathy V. is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as a People and Culture Assistant at QFM Group since June 2023, Parvathy V. plays a key role in managing the end-to-end processes for new starters, movers, and leavers, while ensuring accurate data maintenance in the people system. Previous experience at Taco Bell included responsibilities as a Shift Manager and Team Member, demonstrating the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Parvathy V. has also completed human resources internships at GAOTek Inc. and LEARNOVATE ECOMMERCE, where tasks ranged from social media lead generation to event coordination and team management. Parvathy V. holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on International Business from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance from Mar Ivanios College.
