Maria Wood

Maria Wood currently serves as the Associate Director of Procurement at Qiddiya since January 2025. Previously, Maria held the position of Interim Governance Consultant at JSM Group Services Ltd. from July 2024 to December 2024. From October 2015 to July 2024, Maria was with Osborne, progressing through roles such as Governance & Supply Chain Director, Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, Head of Procurement, Senior Procurement Surveyor, and Procurement Surveyor. Prior experience includes working as a Quantity Surveyor at Brookworth Homes from September 2014 to October 2015, and at Balfour Beatty plc from September 2008 to September 2014, initially as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Maria holds a Master of Science Degree in Management & Leadership from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich, alongside a Level 6 Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations: Surveying from Edexcel. Educational foundation includes A-Levels in Psychology, British Politics, Sociology, and IT from Greenshaw High.
