Richard Garman Frics

Richard Garman FRICS is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial development and construction. Currently serving as Executive Director - Commercial - Development / Delivery at Qiddiya, Richard plays a pivotal role in establishing a groundbreaking destination city focused on entertainment, sports, and culture. Prior to this position, Richard held various roles including Commercial Director at Tilia Homes and engaged in independent consultancy. Notable past positions include Commercial Director and Production Director at Berkeley Group Plc, as well as Commercial Board Director at Multiplex where responsibilities encompassed commercial management and risk for European projects. Richard's earlier career includes significant contributions at Lendlease, notably leading the commercial and risk aspects of the Barangaroo development in Sydney, along with roles at Bovis Scotland and John Laing Construction.
