Alan McGrath Mbe

Alan McGrath MBE has extensive work experience in the field of geodetic surveying and defense. Alan started their career in 1984 as a Geodetic Surveyor in the British Army. After serving for over 20 years, they joined the UK Ministry of Defence as a Commissioned Officer in 2007. In 2019, Alan became the Chief Instructor at the Royal School of Military Survey. Currently, they hold the position of Principal System Engineer at QinetiQ, starting in 2022.

Alan McGrath MBE completed their MSc in Geospatial Intelligence from Cranfield University in the year 2010. Prior to that, they attended Wardley Grammar School from 1979 to 1984, although no degree or field of study was specified for that period.
