Scott Fidgett

Scott Fidgett is an experienced Energy Systems Engineer at QinetiQ since November 2014, focusing on enhancing operational resilience, minimizing environmental impact, and reducing operating costs. Prior to this role, Scott spent 24 years at Honeywell in various positions, including Key Account Manager, Field Service Leader, and Planning Maintenance Manager-South. In the capacity of Field Service Leader, Scott managed a team of up to 21 staff and was responsible for a portfolio exceeding £1M, generating an additional £1.2M annually through projects and account management. Scott holds a C+G Advanced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning degree from Eastleigh College of Education, as well as a College Diploma in Information Technology from Basingstoke College of Technology.
