Jennifer Welsch

Jennifer Welsch has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 1997, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at Coventry Health Care, where they provided support to the sales team and participated in community outreach events.

From 1999 to 2002, they worked at Magellan Health as an Ambulatory Follow Up Specialist, assisting in discharge plans and later promoted to the Appeals Coordinator position, managing physician reviews and appeals.

At UPMC, from 2002 to 2008, Jennifer served as a Fraud & Abuse Specialist, conducting audits for behavioral health Medicaid fraud and abuse, and as a Complaints and Grievance Specialist, investigating and resolving complaints and grievances from providers.

From 2008 to 2020, Jennifer held several roles at EDS, Gateway Health, and Blue Cross of Idaho, focusing on fraud investigation, compliance, process improvement, and management. Jennifer streamlined anti-fraud programs, implemented improvements, and ensured adherence to regulations and guidelines.

In 2020, Jennifer joined Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and worked there until 2021.

Currently, Jennifer is employed at Qlarant as a Performance Manager and Project Manager II, responsible for managing projects and ensuring performance excellence. Jennifer previously held the role of Quality Review Manager and Lead Fraud Investigator at the company.

Jennifer Welsch obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University and successfully completed it in 2014. Most recently, in 2019, Jennifer attended the Idaho Real Estate Academy for real estate licensure. Jennifer later obtained a salesperson certification from The State of Idaho in January 2020.
