Krishna Kurapati has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Krishna started their career at NEC America as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and later worked as an SMTS. In 1997, they co-founded IPCell Technologies, where they served as the Co-Founder and VP, leading a team of 50 engineers and developing the first Access Softswitch for the Cable market. The company was later sold to Cisco. Krishna then joined Sipera Systems, Inc as the Founder and CTO, where they built the company from the ground up and raised $30 million in venture funding. In 2011, they became the CEO of QliqSOFT, Inc, a secure healthcare communication platform that connects medical professionals and patients. Throughout their career, Krishna has demonstrated leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Krishna Kurapati obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronic and Communication Engineering from Osmania University. This degree was earned between 1985 and 1989. Following that, from 1989 to 1991, Krishna pursued a Master of Science degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Additionally, Krishna has obtained a certification in Master of Healthcare Information Technology from Texas State University, although the exact date of completion is not provided.
