Fredrik Barrud

Fredrik Barrud is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering and system management. Currently serving as Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Qliro since April 2020, Fredrik has focused on automation using Ansible and various techniques. Prior to this role, Fredrik held the position of Senior System Engineer at Sirius International Insurance from November 2008 to April 2020, specializing in scripting, Powershell, and Windows systems, while also overseeing file servers and Linux environments. Fredrik's career includes diverse consulting roles at companies such as Psh.guru, B3IT Management AB, Techta AB, and Diversify AB. Earlier in the career, Fredrik gained experience as an Owner at Ekens Hundcenter and worked in systems management at SEB IT, utilizing IBM Tivoli Framework and bash. Additionally, Fredrik's foundational experience includes consulting roles at Stadab and WM-Data Owell, highlighting expertise in server and network support. Fredrik completed education at Nacka Gymnasium from 1990 to 1993.
